Configuring route templates & user schedules
Create custom route templates based on round robin or weighted (%) assignments
Allow individuals to update their own schedules with permissions or manage all schedules as an admin
Using automation templates
Create routing rule automations for assignment of leads, tickets, tasks, etc.
Add escalation rule automations to re-assign leads, tickets, tasks, etc., after a specified period of time (e.g. after 30 minutes or 1 business day)
Creating custom automation recipes
Create custom routing rule automations for assignment of leads, tickets, tasks, etc. based on unique conditions (e.g. if item is created and status is XYZ)
Bulk automation actions
Currently, Item Assign is designed to support handling up to 100 automation actions at a time. These actions are processed one at a time to preserve order (e.g. for round robin assignments), so it may take several minutes for all of the users to be assigned items based on your template.
